In order to download leads from FB lead ads, you must be logged into a Facebook account that has admin-level permissions for the said page, and follow the steps below…
- Click the More drop down at the top of your Page and then select Publishing Tools.
- Click Lead Ads Forms. This tab is only visible to Page Advertisers or Page Admins once a lead ads campaign has been created.
- Within the Forms Library, select the Download link under the Leads column. A new screen titled Download Leads will pop up.
- Click Download by Date Range if you only want to download leads you received during a certain time period. After choosing this option, click the Lifetime dropdown, select a date range and click Update. Click Download to finish downloading your leads to a CSV file.
